Every item we sell is covered by our 90 day return policy. If your new, unused item doesn’t work out, you have 90 days to return or exchange it. Credit to the original Card or PayPal Account will be applied if returned within the first 30 days. After 30 days a store credit will be offered for all other returned items.
We do not accept used items: All items must be returned in original condition. Any items that have wear/ damage or do not include all original tags and manufacturer packaging will either not be accepted or be subject (up to) a 50% restocking fee. Contact us if you have questions about this before returning your gear.
Shipping on returns is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded on orders that were originally shipped free of charge - a minimum of $15.00 for shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.
Exchanges: The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and place a new order through our website. This will allow you to get your new item quickly and avoid the risk of it selling out. You will receive a full refund (minus the cost of any One Ride supplied shipping labels) for your item once we receive the return and confirm it's in its original condition with manufacturer packaging and accessories.
